  • Public Areas:
    • The main entrance is accessible via ramp.
    • Upper and lower-level guest rooms are accessible by stairs only.
    • The restaurant, event space, and hot tubs are accessible via elevator.
    • The lower guest lounge is only accessible by stairs.
  • Doorways: Exterior doorways are not automated.
  • Parking:
    • There are 4 designated handicap parking spaces located approximately 20 feet from the main entrance.
    • The parking lot is paved with asphalt.
  • Flooring: Interior flooring includes hardwood, tile, and carpet.

Lodging

  • Room Location: Accessible guest rooms are located on the main floor for ease of access.

Layout: Beds are 28” off the floor. Doors are 35” wide. The closet rack is 36” tall.

Queen ADA Guestroom features a connecting door to Junior King Suite ADA, making it an ideal option for guests traveling with a caregiver or companion.

All accessible rooms feature low‐height door handles for ease of use.

Bathrooms
  • Mobility and Communication Accessible Queen Room: includes a roll-in shower.
  • Accessible King Room, Accessible Two Queen Room, and Mobility Accessible Two Queen Room: feature a bathtub with a wall-mounted bench.
  • Grab bars are installed in the shower area and beside the toilet.
  • The shower includes a hand-held showerhead, though the toiletries shelf and controls are not reachable from a seated position.
