From Scott Barnhart’s first weeks here at the Front Desk, we could all see what a great asset he was going to be for The Lodge. He goes above and beyond on a daily basis to research issues and correct errors, making all of our jobs easier. Scott comes in with a positive attitude, always ready to take on the day. He fills every guest and employee interaction with laughter, professionalism and character. We are so lucky to have him on our team; he truly embodies our purpose to create the WOW!

October was a great challenge for our F&B Team and we would not have made it through with out the dedication that these two team members showed. During a time when the whole team thought there was no hope, Ryan and Nicholas made sure that was not the case. Ryan as a cook led his coworkers to execute 9 events in 13 days and still operate our restaurant with a limited team. Nicholas who had just stepped into the Dining Room Manager position, played the roll of both front of house manager and cook. Both of them stepped up to the rolls that were needed, no questions asked and did what it took to ensure that our guests had a wonderful experience, while keeping our team motivated. Ryan and Nicholas showed their care for what they do hear at The Lodge and we would not be the same property that we are without them.
