Located adjacent to The Lodge at Breckenridge, the Summit House is a private 1,800-square-foot log mountain home with an outdoor hot tub. This home comes complete with a large kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, three and half baths, washer, dryer, wrap around deck, gas burning fireplace and forested privacy.

Lower level room = 1 king bed
Upper level south room = 1 queen bed
Upper level north room = 2 bunk beds (3 twins/1 double bed)

There is a minimum 2-night stay and both include the following amenities and more:

Fully furnished kitchen
In-house laundry (please supply your own detergents)
Access to outdoor mountain-view hot tubs

Housekeeping is provided only upon departure. Additional cleans may be requested through the front desk. Extra fee for the service is $125.
Includes: Beds made, bathroom tidy, new towels if needed, vacuum/sweep of all areas, dishes cleaned, and trash disposed of.
There is a $30 (+ tax) resort fee charged per day on all house reservations which includes the following amenities:
- Sunrise Breck-fast served in Traverse Restaurant from 7am-10am
- On-site shuttle (year-round 8am-10pm daily)
- On-site parking
- High-speed Wi-Fi internet access
- Lobby Hydration Station (single-use plastic water bottles are prohibited in Breckenridge)
- In-room snack
- Lobby computer and printer
- Ski/snowboard and bike storage
