Dog Policies

We want you to be aware of all the policies we have in place before you show up. We regularly review these to ensure all our guests are safe and have an exceptional stay. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or suggestions!

  • Guests with a dog assume all risks associated with the dog’s presence on the premises of the hotel.
  • Leave the ‘Do Not Disturb’ hanger outside to prevent staff from disturbing your pup while they’re alone.
  • Leashes are required when out of the room and on property.
  • If your dog likes to bark, other guests might be disturbed, so understand that we must be respectful of others.
  • After or during walks, please be sure to clean up after your dog. There is a doggie station in our back parking area.
  • Please keep your pup off the bed and furniture unless you have a blanket to protect against any shedding fur or dirty paws. Extra cleaning fees may apply.
  • We suggest the television or radio is left on to keep dogs company when left alone. This will help drown out any outside noises that may disturb or scare them.
  • Owners must leave a contact phone number if leaving the dog alone in the room.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant.
  • Owners must sign the dog release form at check-in.
  • Dog fee is $50 (plus tax) per night for up to two dogs.
  • Dog fee for the Summit House is $75 (plus tax) per night.
  • Additional $25 fee for 3rd dog. Three dogs max.
  • A $250 fee will be applied to unregistered dogs.

“Private and awesome for dogs!” – Annalee

“The Lodge at Breckenridge is gorgeous. The accommodations are really nice. The designated pet area is a short walk, and I liked that they had waste bags and a designated trash can. I felt completely comfortable walking the dogs through the hotel to get outside. Very nice place to visit!” – Logan
