Located adjacent to The Lodge at Breckenridge, the Alpine House is a private 1,800-square-foot log mountain home with a outdoor hot tub and grill. This home comes complete with a large kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, three and half baths, washer, dryer, private outdoor hot tub and grill, wrap around deck, gas burning fireplace and forested privacy. (no sleeper sofas)

Lower level room = 1 king bed
Upper level south room = 1 king bed plus a chaise lounge
Upper level north room = bunk beds/2 twin and 2 full

There is a minimum 2-night stay and both include the following amenities and more:

Fully furnished kitchen
In-house laundry (please supply your own detergents)
Access to outdoor mountain-view hot tubs
Parking
Housekeeping is provided only upon departure. Additional cleans may be requested through the front desk. Extra fee for the service is $125.
Includes: Beds made, bathroom tidy, new towels if needed, vacuum/sweep of all areas, dishes cleaned, and trash disposed of.
There is a $30 (+ tax) resort fee charged per day on all house reservations which includes the following amenities:
- 2 bottles of water per room
- On-site parking
- Sunrise Breck-fast served in Traverse Restaurant from 7am-10am
- High-speed Wi-Fi internet access
- Local calls and long distance calls
- Shuttle service (seasonal)
- Lobby computer and printer
- Ski/snowboard and bike storage
