General Manager – Rhonda Wilson

Rhonda has been with The Lodge since 2004. She worked in many departments until becoming the General Manager in 2011. Rhonda is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and has been a Breckenridge local since 1997. She loves snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, paddle boarding and camping. Her chocolate lab, Dagen, loves welcoming guests when they arrive. Rhonda truly cares about her guests and her team; she is always looking for new ways to enhance everyone’s experience and Create the WOW!

Jenny Gleason


Sales Manager – Jenny Gleason

Jenny is a Wisconsin native that loves living in beautiful Summit County, Colorado. After attending college at Northern Arizona, she worked as an event planner on Grand Bahama Island. While she loved the beach life, she missed all four seasons, so she moved to Breckenridge in 2007. She enjoys skiing and snowboarding in winter and hiking and biking in summer. Jenny’s career passion is creating events tailored to each unique couple or occasion, making incredible memories for her clients along the way.

Ryan Holley


Executive Chef – Ryan Holley

A native of Virginia, Ryan graduated from Dabney Lancaster College with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. He moved to Breckenridge in 2014 to expand his culinary experience and to live his dream of residing and snowboarding in the mountains. He has previously worked as a Tournant and then Sous Chef, perfecting his fine dining skills at a AAA Four Diamond restaurant. Ryan brought his expansive gastronomic knowledge The Lodge in 2018, with specialties in traditional French preparation and modern American cuisine. He welcomes his guests to indulge in and enjoy a high caliber dining experience with an unparalleled view.

Dagen


Director of Pet Relations – Dagen

Introducing the newest Breck team member: Dagen, our Director of Pet Relations! Dagen has big paws to fill, as many might remember our past canine director, Kabastian. Dagen is a chocolate lab puppy FULL of energy; he enjoys meeting every person or pooch he sees. We hope you meet Dagen while you're here, as we are sure he would love a belly rub! Watch as he grows these next few years and starts to step into his new position. Dagen looks forward to ensuring your canine companions have a tail-waggin' stay and welcomes them to share their experiences at The Lodge at Breckenridge.

Nicholas Blessing – Dining Room Manager

Ryan Holley – Executive Chef

During a time when the whole team thought there was no hope, Ryan and Nicholas made sure that was not the case. Ryan, as a cook, led his coworkers to execute nine events in 13 days and still operated our restaurant with a limited team. Nicholas just stepped into the Dining Room Manager position and played the role of both front of house manager and cook. These team members stepped up and did what it took to ensure our guests had a wonderful experience while keeping our team motivated. Ryan and Nicholas showed their care for what they do here at The Lodge, and we would not be the same property that we are without them.

 

Kat

Kat has been an amazing addition to our team from her very first day on the job. Her genuinely warm and welcoming personality makes her a natural with our guests. It only takes a few minutes to realize that she truly cares about others and always strives to make each individual’s stay as special and enjoyable as possible.
She CREATES THE WOW on a daily basis!

 

Patty and Tabitha

Patty and Tabitha have each been part of our Banquets Team since its inception.  On a weekly basis they help lead their fellow team members to ensure that every event we host is a success.  They truly know their jobs backward and forward, often times trouble-shooting issues before anyone else even knows about them. During the past few months these ladies have stepped up even more by assisting at the last minute, creating schedules, and above all directing new members of the team – never saying “it’s not my job.”

Sue and Kelsey

Sue and Kelsey are the heart of our Housekeeping Department.  Lately, they have faced a very difficult time being short-staffed and have worked incredibly hard because of it.  There have been days when they have cleaned rooms all day, or done laundry all day, or stripped rooms – all while managing their team and completing inspections.  We would not have been able to ensure our guest experience without either of these ladies.  We can’t thank you enough for all you do for the entire hotel!

 

Whitney Rasmussen

Whitney has been our Front Desk Supervisor here at The Lodge at Breckenridge for several years.  She is one of those special people that is always smiling and happy to see every single person she comes in contact with.  She loves talking with our guests on all of the activities we enjoy here in Breck.  Her ever-present infectiously positive attitude is one of her best qualities, and enables her to handle with genuine care all guest needs, from the simplest to the most challenging.  The Lodge wouldn’t be quite the same without her, and we are so proud that she is part of our team.
