EXECUTIVE CHEF – RYAN HOLLEY

Graduated from Dabney Lancaster College with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. He moved to Breckenridge to expand his culinary experience and to live his dream snowboarding and working in the mountains. Starting at One Ski Hill Place in Breckenridge as a Tournant and then moved up within the company to become Sous Chef for Alpenglow Stube. There he perfected his fine dining skills working for an AAA Four Diamond restaurant and is eager to bring his experience to the Traverse Restaurant. Ryan brings his expansive dining knowledge to The Lodge with specialties in traditional French preparation of modern American cuisine. He welcomes his guests to indulge and enjoy a high caliber dining experience with an unparalleled view.
