All about your stay

  • Housekeeping

    Daily light housekeeping services will be provided. However, if a ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) sign is displayed on the door or your dog is in the room, service will not be conducted.

    Any trash left outside of room will be picked up by housekeeping. Daily trash pickup: Leave trash outside room at 9:30am and 5:30pm.

    Please reach out to the Front Desk should you have any other needs.

    11am

  • Smoking Policy

    No smoking of any kind allowed (balconies included). ($250 fees will apply for any signs or residual smells of smoke of any kind).

  • Dog Policy

    All dogs must be registered at the Front Desk; $50 daily fee does apply. ($250+ fees will apply for damages)

    Two robes are supplied in your room. Loving your robes? Purchase at the Front Desk for $80 each. Missing or damaged robes will result in an $80 fee.

  • Ice Machines

    Located on main floor hallway between rooms 111 & 113.

  • Guest Lounge

    Veranda Level off Lobby. Open 24hrs unless booked by a private party.
