Deposit Policy: A one-night deposit per reservation is required at time of booking the
reservation; otherwise reservations are cancelled. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 72 hours prior to arrival will result in
forfeiture of 1 night’s deposit on reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in
The Lodge at Breckenridge retaining the entire stay’s lodging, tax and fees. Reduction in the length of
stay or room type within the 72 hour penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are
considered cancellations and are non-refundable. Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of
their reservation due to weather, road closures, flight cancellations, travel related acts of war or
terrorism, or other issues which may arise and which are not under the control of The Lodge at
Breckenridge.

All lodging has taxes and resort fees added to room rates.*
